Mountain's Edge is a 3,500-acre master-planned community in southwest Las Vegas, bordered by Blue Diamond Road to the north and the Spring Mountains foothills to the west. Development started in 2004, and the community has grown rapidly since then, with neighborhoods by Pulte, KB Home, Richmond American, and several other builders filling in the area between the 215 beltway and the open desert. The Mountain's Edge Regional Park is a major community anchor, with sports fields, playgrounds, walking trails, and an exploration peak with views of the entire Las Vegas valley.

Because Mountain's Edge is relatively new construction, the homes here were built with modern floor plans and current building codes. Most have gas fireplace hookups already roughed in, and many homeowners take advantage of that to install a fireplace that was not included in the original build. We also do a lot of bathroom upgrades in Mountain's Edge, since the builder-grade shower doors and mirrors that came standard in many of these homes are the first thing owners want to replace. Frameless glass shower enclosures and custom vanity mirrors are our most common residential projects in this community.

The commercial development along Blue Diamond Road and Cactus Avenue continues to expand, with new retail centers, restaurants, and medical offices going in regularly. We handle storefront glass, automatic doors, interior glass partitions, and other commercial glass work for the businesses serving the Mountain's Edge population.
