Dock Levelers

Pit levelers create a bridge between the dock floor and the truck bed, allowing safe forklift and pallet jack access. We install manual, hydraulic, and air-powered pit levelers sized to match the load capacity and trailer height range for each dock position. Edge-of-dock levelers provide a lower-cost option for facilities with consistent trailer heights or lower-volume operations.

Dock Seals, Bumpers, and Restraints

Dock seals and shelters keep conditioned air inside while the dock door is open and protect against wind and dust. In Las Vegas, that means significant energy savings during summer and winter months. Dock bumpers absorb impact when trucks pull in, protecting both the building structure and the trailer. Truck restraints lock the trailer in place during loading and unloading, preventing accidental pull-away.

Dock Lighting and Safety

Proper lighting at the dock face and inside the trailer improves safety and reduces errors during loading. We install dock lighting fixtures and fans. We also install safety and security bollard posts to protect dock equipment and building corners from forklift and truck traffic.

Maintenance and Annual Service

Annual maintenance keeps dock equipment operating safely and extends its service life. Our maintenance visits include inspection of all mechanical and hydraulic components, debris removal from pit wells, lip shock and bumper inspection, and adjustment of leveler return springs.
