We hold AAADM certification for automatic door service, which means our technicians meet the national standard for inspecting and repairing pedestrian automatic doors.

Automatic Doors

Automatic doors require certified maintenance to keep them operating within ANSI/BHMA standards. Our AAADM-certified technicians perform annual inspections, routine adjustments, sensor testing, and operator repairs. We also stock replacement parts for most major automatic door brands so we can complete same-day repairs when parts are available.

Roll-Up and Sectional Doors

Commercial roll-up doors and sectional overhead doors take heavy daily use. When springs break, tracks bend, or operators fail, it can shut down a warehouse, loading area, or service bay. We diagnose the problem fast and carry common parts on our service vehicles. For doors that are beyond repair, we provide written estimates for replacement with new rolling steel or sectional door systems.

Hollow Metal Doors and Frames

Hollow metal doors are the standard for commercial interior and exterior openings. We supply and install hollow metal doors and frames for offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and multi-family buildings. Hardware including closers, locksets, hinges, and kick plates is available as part of the door package or can be spec-matched to an existing hardware schedule.
