Inspirada is one of Henderson's newest master-planned communities, located in the south part of the city near the intersection of the 215 beltway and Eastern Avenue. Multiple national builders, including Toll Brothers, KB Home, and Beazer, have built here since around 2010. The result is a community with modern floor plans, community parks and pools, walking trails, and a growing retail presence along Eastern. Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area sits just to the south, giving the neighborhood open desert views and hiking access.

Because Inspirada homes are relatively new, the work we do here leans toward customization rather than repair. Homeowners want to put their stamp on what started as a builder model. That means upgrading a standard fireplace to a wider linear unit, replacing basic shower doors with frameless glass enclosures, adding a custom mirror wall in the primary bathroom, or installing glass railings on an upstairs landing. From our Quail Avenue shop, Inspirada is about 20 to 25 minutes via Eastern Avenue or the 215.
