Aliante is a master-planned community in the northern part of North Las Vegas, centered around the Aliante Golf Club and anchored by the Aliante Casino, Hotel and Spa. Most homes here were built between 2003 and 2012, giving the neighborhood a consistent, modern feel. Nature Discovery Park is a standout amenity with its trails, lake, and playground areas. The 215 northern beltway provides a straight connection to the rest of the valley, and the community has its own retail and dining options along Aliante Parkway and Elkhorn Road.
