Whitney is a small unincorporated community on the east side of the Las Vegas valley, tucked between the City of Henderson and the Paradise CDP. It sits near Sunset Park, close to the Boulder Highway corridor, and just minutes from Harry Reid International Airport. The neighborhood is largely residential, with homes dating from the 1960s through the 1980s and some newer infill development. It is a working-class area with a lot of character and long-time residents who take pride in their homes.

Older homes in Whitney are where we do some of our most practical work. Fireplace repairs on units that have been running for decades, mirror replacements in bathrooms that have not been updated since the original build, and window repairs or replacements to improve energy efficiency and cut down on cooling costs during the summer.
